Brief Description of the Project
The scope of the project includes the Design, Supply, Installation, Programming, Testing, Commissioning and SLA Support of a fully functional AV & Videoconference System for the New Premises of Praxia Bank.The proposed solution is based on best of breed products using latest technologies in Unified Communications and Collaboration services & AV Systems.The project of AV & Videoconference System was deployed in the Praxia Bank New Premises’ in Chalandri. It consisted of Audio, Video equipment and Cisco Webex Room Kits.
The project individual objects are the following

Professional 24/7 Grade 4K equipment, Unobtrusive, elegant and high-quality components of world-renowned vendors, Fully integrated and managed systems with local or/and remote controllable capabilities through the existing IT infrastructure, Enterprise Grade Encryption and Security components have been utilized wherever possible.

Concerning the actual room space requirements, Avixa standards for the calculation of the Monitor sizes has been used as shown in Appendix I, based on the architectural layout Drawings provided by the customer (namely "Video Conference.dwg" Dated "April 2019").
