Brief Description of the Project
Originally awarded in 2015, Lenovo won this Frame Agreement with Space as the sole subcontractor providing materials and services. The agreement covered initially the three main OTE Group subsidiaries (namely OTE S.A, Cosmote S.A. and Germanos S.A.). During the contract renewal in 2017, Cosmote eValue has been added.
Our Solution:
- Space provides the technical support required by OTE Group for their installed base of PC/laptop users as well as printing devices and other related equipment.
- A dedicated engineering team along with TAC record customer requests, order materials and perform installation of new equipment of upgrades/repairs of existing devices.
