Brief Description of the Project
After 20 years of
success for the E-Learning platform of National and Kapodistrian University of
Athens, the traditional on- premise architecture could no longer catch up to
the scale requirements of today. Beginning 2020, the pandemic phenomenon made
clear that a cloud transformation was the way to go. Space Hellas was the partner
that handled this cloud endeavor.
Space Hellas, being Gold and CSP tier-1 Microsoft partner and with a dedicated team of certified cloud professionals, leveraged an extensive experience in Azure cloud migration projects and was able to provide University with the following key services:
In addition, Space Hellas offered its unique CSP product Azure CSP credits in order to help University of Athens to buy the Azure services in advance in a flexible manner. The credits can be used for any consumption-based service available in CSP. Our Billing platform gives the opportunity to manage customer’s spending, monitor consumption and save money on cloud bill.
