Unified Communications & Collaboration at DODONI by Space Hellas

The leading dairy industry DODONI in the region of Epirus, has completed the replacement of its telephony systems at its central facilities in Ioannina and at its branch offices in Athens, Thessaloniki and Thebes. The project was undertaken and executed successfully by the Space Hellas branch office in Ioannina.

The project implemented a new IP telephony system based on a single infrastructure for data, telephony and new innovative services, such as teleconference. The integrated solution provided by Space Hellas comprises cutting-edge technologies, which offer great flexibility in terms of productivity, ensure in the best possible way the sustainability of the company infrastructures, while allowing the creation of important economies of scale.

The IP telephony architecture was implemented in order to give impetus to the general strategy of modernization and development of the dairy industry DODONI and responds both to the current and future needs of the company. Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration products and technologies were employed for the implementation of the project. It should be noted that the normal operation of the company was not disrupted during the migration to the new system.
