Space Hellas increases revenue and maintains EBITDA at €9.3m in the 2026 1st semester consolidated results Significant increase in profitability of 44% in the parent company
The consolidated turnover of Space Hellas in the first half of 2026 amounted to € 77.9 million, compared to € 72.0 million in 2025, showing an increase of 8.21%. Gross profits showed an increase and amounted to € 17.1 million compared to € 16.7 million in the first half of 2025, while EBITDA was maintained at € 9.3 million as in the corresponding period of 2025.
Consolidated profit before tax amounted to € 2.6 million in the first half of 2026 compared to € 2.2 million in the first half of 2025 and profit after tax amounted to € 1.7 million in the first half of 2026 compared to € 1.5 million in the corresponding period of 2025, showing an increase of 13.4%.
For the parent company, turnover closed at € 67.5 million in the first half of 2026, compared to € 56.8 million in 2025, showing an increase of 18.9%, while EBITDA amounted to € 7.3 million compared to € 6.7 million in the same period of 2025, which corresponds to an increase of 9.9%.
The profit before tax of the parent company for the first half of 2026 amounted to € 3.2 million compared to € 2.1 million in 2025 and the corresponding results after tax amounted to € 2.8 million compared to € 1.9 million, showing an increase of 50% and 44% respectively.
Cash flows from operating activities were negative by € 4.5 million. During the period under review, and especially in the last two months, significant invoicing was carried out, mainly related to complex projects of the Group, which crucially increased the claims and affected the operating cash flows. This picture is expected to reverse during the second half, as the collections of the relevant receivables take place and operational cash inflows are strengthened. Cash flows from investing activities amounted to € -3.8 million and cash flows from financial activities amounted to € 4 million.
At the end of the year, the Group's management consistently aims to increase both operating profit and profit after tax while reducing overall borrowing. The Executive Chairman of Space Hellas Group, Mr. Spyros Manolopoulos, stated: “The Group's Management continues to focus on the effective implementation of the existing project portfolio, optimizing productivity, and expanding its presence in areas of high added value, such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, software applications, defense and security, as well as leveraging the results of Research and Development activities.
The Space Hellas Group has the required know-how, organizational structure, customer base and financial sufficiency to take advantage of the opportunities that are emerging in the sectors where it operates and to maintain its strong position.”
