Ticketing System
Space Hellas' engineers have developed a
special system to register damage/faults.
The system has the following features:
- online monitoring of damage/faults: The client is kept current
all the time on the progress of damage repair. The engineer and the
client can post text messages concerning the specific damage under
repair
- e-mail communication: two-way exchange of information about the
damage (message/warning posting, client-to-engineer call for assistance,
end-or-repair notification),
- classification of damage per kind and level of difficulty
- exchange through the web of files relating to damage
- comprehensive and simple illustration of damage and damage
repaired notice. History of all damage.
- statistical representation of damage (average time to repair,
totals, etc.)
