This is an excellent choice of technical services available to clients who run critical applications on hardware units that are geographically dispersed. This service has been designed to provide continuous and problem-free operation of the clients' IT equipment
To better serve its clients, Space Hellas has established seven IT support centers in Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion and Ioannina, as well as a network of associates all over Greece.
To carry out this service, Space Hellas established in Athens a Technical Support Center (Help Desk) which links the clients with the entire support network of the company.
IT support is provided by Space Hellas, as follows:
- by phone: Client equipment operators phone Space Hellas' Help Desk for immediate help
- on-site: Space Hellas' engineers call in to client's location at fast response times agreed between the company and the client, but always binding to Space Hellas. The engineers always carry with them tools and software to make a reliable diagnosis of the problem, which allows them to take remedial actions.
- replacement: of defective hardware or re-installation of software. Occasionally, the hardware is replaced with same expedited from Space Hellas' on stock.
