Space Hellas possesses one of the largest technical support forces in the telecommunications, IT and Security fields, with experience dating back to 1985. More than 200 client maintenance contracts, are supported corresponding to an installed base of approximately 40.000 devices residing at almost 3000 different locations in Greece. In addition to its maintenance contracts, Space Hellas supports over 2.000 clients/companies all over the country with a substantial amount of installed devices.
For client support needs, Space Hellas has implemented and successfully operates a Help Desk and Call Center system by using specialized tools (Help Desk Tools) that successfully respond to client calls. The Help Desk’s operation is served by a «custom made» support software with special applications.
