Space Hellas S.A. was admitted to Athens Stock Exchange in the Parallel Market on 29 September 2000.
During the public offering, which was carried out in the period 28-30 August 2000, a total of 901.530 new common registered shares were issued. Of these, 858.600 were available by public offering, while the remaining 42.930 shares were allotted to private investment for the company staff and business partners.
An initial listing price was set at 6.250 drachmas (18.34€) with a face value of 125 drachmas (0.367€).
Following company's capital increase and a split (three new to one old shares) the Share Capital rises to 26,320,120 common registered shares, with a nominal value of 0.32€ per share as decided in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company shareholders on December 16th, 2002.
After the increase of the share capital of 10.201.874, 51 € Euro by increasing the shares nominal value per 0.39€ by capitalization of the share premium and the decrease of the share capital for 8.095.784, 91€ Euro by reducing the nominal share value per 0.31€ for offsetting of previews years losses according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2009.
Furthermore the Share Capital has increased by 2.106.089,60€ Euro divided to 26.326.120 common registered shares with nominal value 0.40€ per share.
At the present according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting on June 30, 2010 the share capital has been reduced per 200.000 € Euro due to the annulment of the 500.000 treasury shares held by the company according to article 16 of the Law 2190/1920 and the increase of the shares nominal value from 0.40€ to 1.60€ per share and the reduction of the total number of existing shares from 25.826.120 to 6.456.530 common registered shares with voting rights with ratio 1 new share in replacement of 4 existing shares (reverse split).
Pursuant to the above the share capital of Space Hellas S.A. rises to 10.330.448€ Euros divided to 6.456.530 common registered with voting rights shares, with nominal value 1.60€ per share.
